Throughout his career, Paraventi has appeared in a wide range of theatrical productions across Brazil, collaborating with respected directors and performers while bringing memorable characters to life. Among his notable performances are O Burguês Ridículo (The Ridiculous Bourgeois), directed by Guel Arraes and João Falcão, and A Ver Estrelas (Stargazing), which received the Mambembe Award for Best Children’s Play.
His performance in Perdoa-me por me Traíres (Forgive Me for Having Betrayed Me) also took the production to the prestigious Edinburgh Festival in Scotland. Improvisation has played a defining role in his stage work. As a member of the acclaimed improvisational group Os Improváveis (The Improbable Ones), Paraventi helped create performances built on spontaneity and audience interaction, earning top recognition in Rio de Janeiro’s improvisational theatre championships.

Co-creates the improvisational show Curto Circuito (Short Circuit), debuting at Curitiba Comedy Club.
Appears in the comedy play Assassinato no Motel (Motel Murder) and the humor production Os Capangas (The Thugs).
Performs in A Arte de Escutar (The Art of Listening), presented in Rio de Janeiro and later in the São Paulo State Arts Circuit.
Directs the improvisational theatre group Acepipes, collaborating with several well-known Brazilian comedians and performers.
Performs in the children’s play No Reino dos Mal Humorados (In the Kingdom of the Grumpies) and works as assistant director in the production directed by Najla Raja.
Charles Paraventi created the improv group Os Improváveis (The Improbables) in Rio de Janeiro, bringing together performers from different parts of the world within a vibrant international improv scene. The group participated in the First World Improvisation Championship in Rio de Janeiro, winning the Carioca Improvisation Championship in 2005 and the Autumn Improvisation Championship in 2006.
Performs in Bárbara Não lhe Adora (Barbara Doesn’t Love You), staged in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Co-founds the theatre group Tá Beleza (All’s Good), performing comedy sketches and starring in the production Cheiro de Macho (Macho’s Scent).
Appears in Luzes da Bohemia (Bohemian Lights), sharing the stage with actors Ricardo Blat and Marcos Breda.
Performs in São Paulo productions including Cadê Bilú? (Where’s Bilu?), A Noite de Todas as Ceias (The Night of All Suppers), and Minh’alma é Imortal – Anjo da Decadência (My Soul is Immortal – Decadence Angel).
Tours southern Brazil with the acclaimed production O Burguês Ridículo (The Ridiculous Burgeois), directed by Guel Arraes and João Falcão.
